It was time for us to launch a men’s wallet at O My Bag, and now we have Tobi’s wallet! Named after a very good friend of the O My Bag Team, this wallet has more space than our cardholder, but is still small enough to fit into the pocket of your favorite jeans.

Your wallet might come with a scratch or a small spot, don’t worry; this is normal. Our eco leather products are composed of leathers which are tanned using natural solutions, and virtually unsealed at the end of the tanning process. The unsealed leather allows natural marks in the hide to show. We consider any scratch or mark that is visible to be beautiful and completely natural. The photos we use on our website are intended to be as closely matched as possible to the true product, however due to the natural process in which our leathers are tanned en dyed in India, the colors tend to vary from time to time. We recommend to treat your O My Bag with weather-proof spray every 2-4 weeks, which is quick & easy maintenance. Try to avoid heavy downpours because leather is permeable and can never be entirely waterproof. Clean & condition every 8-12 weeks, using high-quality leather conditioner. Think of conditioning like moisturizer for your leather – it will dry out over time, and conditioner will maintain the moisture. Avoid leaving your bag in direct sunlight, which may change the color of your O My Bag.
We accept returns within 30 days after delivery of the goods. The date of withdrawal from the contract is considered to be the date of delivery or return of goods to the seller or notification of withdrawal to the email address.
For hygienic reasons, underwear and earrings cannot be returned. If the goods were visibly worn or otherwise damaged before returning, we have the right to refuse the returned goods.
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way!
As the parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives back with us, ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us about your return.
The cost of returning the goods to the seller and/or exchanging is covered by the buyer.

Returns: You can return your item to us within 30 days. The customer bears the costs of shipping back the item. Once we have received the return and checked it, we will refund you the item price and the original shipping costs.
Exchanges: We will exchange your unworn and undamaged product purchased on our e-shop for another one within 14 calendar days of receipt of the package. If the price of the new item is lower than the original one, we will refund you the difference. If you choose a more expensive item, we will ask you to pay the difference in advance via bank transfer. The customer bears the costs of shipping back the item.
Reclamations: The goods have a guarantee of 2 years. If you need to reclamate your product, please send us an email to email@example.com with pictures of the damage. We have 30 days to process the reclamation. We will inform you on the next steps via e-mail. In case of a reclamation, you have to pay the shipping costs back to us yourself. If the reclamation is approved, we will refund you the shipping costs and the price of the product.
